All Natural Fibers - Lessons

REVISION OF SALE OFFER

Lambs Quarters as a natural fiber business located within the Waupaca Community Arts Center is AVAILABLE FOR SALE to someone who is interested in being part of the art center at least for a contracted amount of time.  I am open to selling only the fiber division which would include yarn, fleeces, knitting, crocheting and felting supplies.  This would allow for a rentable area in the art center of 100 sq ft at $100/month requiring a minimum of one day per week of work in the center.  Your yarns and supplies are still available for sale all hours the center is open.  I would be willing to teach someone how to weave and spin if interested with the purchase of the business.  I would continue to operate the weaving and spinning division.  Please contact Jane at janeeh@g2a.net if you would like to meet to discuss this opportunity.   For someone who wants a small business working with a fantastic group of artists but does not want full responsibility for a storefront, this arrangement is perfect.  The Waupaca Community Arts Center has been operating for 4 1/2 years.   See the website at www.wcacenter.com

Lambs Quarters Farm is transitioning into a renewable energy conservation community of 5 dwellings bordering a 30 acre green space.  If you are interested in viewing a proposed covenant or more information, email janeeh1945@gmail.com with Conservation Community in the subject line.  As of January, 2012, the County is in the process of approval.  Infrastructure development should start in Spring.
